Suguru graduated Tokai University, School of Marine Science and Technology in 1998.
He got NAUI instructor licence(1998), SSI(2003), and PADI(2011).
He has been working as diving instructor 1998-2006 in Japan, and since 2006 to now in Saipan.
He established “MAKESURE diving shop” in 2013 to introduce amazing beautiful underwater world to everyone.
